Shanachie Stables Benefit Monthly Series
Shanachie Stables is beginning a point based monthly online show series for model horse owners and showers. Any entry fees submitted for the show will be donated to Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society. This is a non-profit organization that helps find many felines new homes every year. They do spay/neuter clinics, feral socializing, adoption and education among many other things. They rely heavily on foster care for many of their cats. I am one of the foster homes. So, here are the rules for entering:
1. Online photos only please
2. One Photo per Horse per class.
3. Email each entry with horse’s information in the email. This includes Horse’s name, age, color, breed, sex, owner’s info, and classes entered.

4. Photos should be no larger than 650 x 650 pixels and must be in jpeg form
5. Title photos with your initials and horse’s show name, like this: ECVigilTime (Vigil Time, instead of “Vigil”)
6. Title email subject “Online Photo Show” and include the month (i.e. “Online Photo Show-July”)
7. You may send up to four photos in one email, just be sure to match the photo titles with the horse’s information, so I can match them easily.
8. If I have to work hard to match information, I will probably not judge the horse.
9. I will not judge micro minis, Grand Champions or similar types of model horse
10. Traditional, Classic, Little Bit, Stablemate, Chips, and Pebbles scales are all welcome.
11. If you want your photos held for the next month, just send me an email saying so, and send your entry fee for the next show.

Entry deadlines will be the last day of every month. Results will be posted by the 24th of every month. Guest judges will occasionally be invited, so judging will be varied and fair.
Classes will be judged up to 6th place, with a Champion and Reserve Champion in each category. Points will be awarded to Champion and Reserve Champion, and overall Grand and Reserve. At the end of the year, High points horses will be offered the Yearly Grand and Reserve Grand prizes. Prizes will be shipped, when payment for shipping is received.
Monthly series shows will be awarded neck ribbons for Division Champions and Reserves, and monthly Grand Champion and Reserve Grand will win a custom-made blanket or cooler. At the end of the year, High point Champion and High point Reserve Champion will receive a model horse of traditional or classic scale, model equipment, tack, or other prize depending on what I have at the end of the year. Blankets and coolers can be shipped free of charge, but winners will be responsible for shipping of larger prizes.
To get your neck sashes and coolers and blankets, it would be good if you could include your snailmail address in one of your emails to me.
